Free suspension check

If you email yourself the full report, we store your email address, your consent, the notice text you pasted, the wizard answers needed to produce the result, and the result JSON. We also store product events such as triage started, triage completed, and lead captured. Those events do not include your email address or the notice text.

Appeal Pack orders

A pack order stores your email, the offer, the amount, the status, the Stripe session id when a real Checkout Session exists, and the case facts you type at intake. The intake link token is stored only as a hash. The raw token is in the email and in the success URL for a simulated checkout. It expires in 14 days and stops working after a successful submit.

Uploads

Intake accepts jpg, png, or pdf files, up to 10MB each and up to 6 files. The free check accepts one file of those same types for the notice. Files are stored on the server under the case id. A scheduled job, /api/cron/purge, deletes upload files whose modified time is older than 90 days. That job runs only with the cron secret.

Profile Guard

A subscription stores your email, status, the Stripe subscription id when Checkout created one, and the time you unsubscribe if you do. The weekly note does not sign in to Google and does not read your profile. Preview signup does not charge a card unless Stripe test keys are on.

Email

In this preview, mail is written to a local outbox on the server. It is not delivered through a live email provider. When live email is turned on, the from address will be help@checkmysuspension.com. Marketing mail includes a one-click unsubscribe link and the operator postal address [[OPERATOR ADDRESS]]. Unsubscribe sets the unsubscribed time on matching leads and Profile Guard subscriptions so later marketing steps are skipped.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect Google, Amazon, Meta, or other platform passwords. There is no field for them. Operator access to the order list uses a server-side secret and is not a platform login. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Local development uses a SQLite database. If the database is unavailable, a lead and an event can fall back to a file outbox so the free check can still finish. Production is planned on Postgres. Card processing and live email stay off until a human adds keys.

Deletion

Email help@checkmysuspension.com to ask for deletion of a lead or an order. Include the address you used. Upload files older than 90 days are removed by the purge job.
